Decking the Halls with the DHS and Commission for the Blind!
Cheshire Home staff and residents marked the official week of Christmas with a holiday party hosted by the Department of Human Services and sponsored by the Commission for the Blind on Monday!
All who attended were treated to a pizza party, delicious cupcakes and a tabled filled with sweet treats galore. Along with lunch and dessert, a fun raffle with lots of festive prizes (candy canes, chocolates and more) was enjoyed by all.
Our gracious volunteers took to the halls to spread Christmas cheer to those who were unable to attend the party. Christmas carols were sung throughout Cheshire Home, and concluded back in our dining room with a sing-along that got everyone in the holiday spirit!
