Taste, variety and nutrition drive the daily preparation and serving of each meal. Our staff nutritionist meets with residents weekly to discuss their nutritional needs and dietary goals. Our residents enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks freshly prepared onsite in our kitchen and served daily in our dining room. In addition to the diverse menus that are created by our dietary department, residents may also choose from several alternate meal options. More than 76,000 meals are served annually.
Our dining area also serves as the gathering place for daily resident and staff get-togethers, birthday and holiday parties, recreation activities, and celebrations throughout the year!
The resident’s will soon have a brand new kitchen thanks to a grant from the Craig H. Neilsen Foundation. Residents enjoy the camaraderie of cooking and eating together and look forward to the completion of the project.
Breakfast: Eggs, bacon, toast, coffee, and juice
Lunch: Chicken marsala, stuffed shells, meatball subs, spinach salad, eggplant parmesan, seafood salad and homemade soup
Dinner: Eggplant parmesan, chili con carne, antipasto salad
